The fastest way to reach the Ateeq team is by email. We usually reply within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday, UAE time). Please include your account email, and a link or screenshot if it’s about a listing or chat, so we can help faster.

Browse or search for an item, open it, and tap “Message seller” to ask questions or agree a price. Ateeq has no escrow — buyers and sellers arrange payment and hand-over directly, so always meet in a safe, public place and check the item before you pay.
Tap Sell, add clear photos, a title, size, condition and price, then publish. You can edit, reserve, or delete a listing any time from your profile. Listing is free and you keep the full sale amount — buyers pay you directly.
Paid Boosts promote a single listing, and Seller Pro and Boutique are optional monthly subscriptions with higher listing limits. Inside the iPhone and iPad app these are billed securely through Apple In-App Purchase. To restore a previous purchase, open the plan screen and tap “Restore purchases”. To manage or cancel a subscription, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Ateeq. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Update your details any time in Profile → Settings. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account — this is immediate and permanent. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and how it is used.
If a user or listing breaks our rules, use the Report option on the listing or profile, or block a user from their profile. We review every report and remove content or ban accounts that violate our Terms. Never share card or bank details in chat, and always meet in a public place.
Some things can’t be listed for legal or safety reasons in the UAE: counterfeits and replicas, alcohol, tobacco, vapes and shisha, weapons, medicines and supplements, live animals, ivory and other endangered-species products, worn underwear and swimwear, official documents, stolen goods, and anything else contrary to UAE law. The full list is on the Prohibited items page, and a summary appears on the Sell screen before you publish. Listings that break these rules are removed, and repeat offenders lose their account.
Boosts apply within a moment. If it hasn’t appeared, reopen the app; unfinished App Store purchases are re-delivered automatically. Still stuck after that? Email us with the listing link and we’ll sort it out.
On your iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Ateeq → Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
No. Ateeq never holds or processes money for the items themselves — you pay the seller directly when you meet. Only optional Boosts and subscriptions are paid in-app.
